Kerri Bradford Studio

Kerri Bradford Studio is new to me. I purchased a travellers notebook kit online, its a digital file and you get loads of pdf and jpg files and you print off whatever you want. I printed some on adhesive backed paper, some on copy paper (good quality) and some I printed straight onto card stock cut down to A4 to fit in my printer.

I love this set, I will post some more pics soon with the rest of the goodies I printed, or check out the kit via the link above. The yellow rose paper is gorgeous, and I might fussy cut some of these out today!

I kept it simple on this page, the roses are so lovely, I didn’t want to cover them with anything else.

Our Cat

Echo Park papers on this layout. This was a bit of a trial layout using some watercolours and sprays. I wasn’t 100% happy with the finished layout. The shimmer paint made my card stock buckle a little.

I love these papers, so pretty and fun to go with the photo of my daughter and our cat Polly.

Scrapbook Boutique Challenge

june black and gold

I have discovered some new challenges in the scrapbooking world, and am enjoying participating in a few. This one is for Scrapbook Boutiques June Challenge. I used Kaisercraft paint on this background like my last layout in the post below, I painted both pages at the same time.

Another gorgeous mood board on the Jot magazine blog! I really enjoyed using some Kaisercraft paint on my layout. Just black and white to get a few grey tones. Some October Afternoon, Echo Park and Crate Paper. Dear Lizzy thickers, and a sticker from Cocoa Vanilla. Washi tape from Foremind.

pocket page notebook

I attended the Papercraft Expo in Brisbane recently and found these fabulous pocket page notebooks. You can purchase them here.  I made a folder for the notebooks. I love how this turned out. Decorated with some Cocoa Vanilla Hello Lovely and a few other bits and pieces from my stash. This is the outside of the album that fits about 4 notebooks.

This is the front of my 1st notebook. Used some more Cocoa Vanilla and Basic Grey to pretty it up.

Photo 11-6-17, 9 11 35 am

Ist double spread of my notebook, mostly using the same Cocoa Vanilla goods.

Its a nice way to keep memories of special times in a smaller format and still have the fun of all the decorating and creating.

foremind handbound book

Photo 9-6-17, 6 59 55 pmPhoto 9-6-17, 9 52 21 pmI bought this little book kit at the paper craft expo in Brisbane yesterday, made by Foremind, on Etsy. I love how simple it was to put together. My stitching needs some work but I got it together, not perfectly but ok for my 2nd go at coptic stitching.

Photo 9-6-17, 9 52 38 pm

It took me an hour to put the whole thing together, starting with sticking the patterned paper on the covers and stitching the binding. I think it will make a nice present for family with some photos and stories in it.
