Yay! I just received an email to say I am a finalist in the Metallic Layout Challenge at the Papercraft Expo. I blogged my layout a little while back, but here it is…
It has gold leaf smudged around, metallic card cut into tiny squares on pop dots down the right hand side, also metallic washi tape top and bottom, its just not showing up well in the photo, but its pretty shiny! The title is actually metallic also, its pink metallic card cut on the silhouette cameo. Gold german scrap just poking out on the right side, and more pink metallic card used with a Kaisercraft die (very fine) on the left, gold sequins and gold leaf on the cabochon rose above the flower. I also used texture paste coloured with pink ink and a Kaisercraft mini template (Blossom which is yet to be released ) to get the cute blossom effect on the left. This is all Bo Bunny papers except the Kaisercraft die release paper with the black script on it, I love this stuff, its great for an extra layer. There is also 3 layers of gold vellum.
