This is the final layout using green, black & white….and red. I tried this layout with 23 different photos before I chose the final one, I will share those other photos and layouts soon, as I found it really interesting that these colours (without the red) are very versatile. Stay tuned…..
Green is my fav colour and I use it a lot in layouts, this one is no exception. I made this layout without a photo in mind. In my next post I will show you how so many different photos will work on the one layout.
I will share the layout I created using these papers soon. I had loads of scraps, so have a few more cards to make.
I’m always trying to use up my scraps from a layout…
A special memory
a vintage layout
eye contact
stencil technique….this is my favourite layout at the moment, i love all the lovely colours and layers.
I used a Silhouette cut file called Quatrefoil to cut this background, then cut small pieces of patterned paper to go under each cutout. Glueing them on was a challenge and took time but I liked the effect.
I didn’t add the glasses, they are just on there for fun, but I liked it without them….heeheee
I used a little Heidi Swapp Memory File for this layout so I could include Lilis concert ticket and info. Making the photo black and white let me choose the colour scheme. This photo was lovely but it had cars in the background. I have placed large embellishments over the cars and tried to work it into the layout.
A mixture of Crate Paper, Cocoa Vanilla Studio and Heidi Swapp products used.
