I just loved the February Jot Moodboard. Here’s my take…..
It’s a little bit vintage, and such gorgeous muted colours. I’ve mostly used Crate Paper.

I only made one card for Valentines Day. I was a bit heavy handed with that gold spray, the spritz before that heavy spritz was light and pretty, then I tried it on my card and it didn’t spritz out it blurped out!
A few bits and pieces from my stash here. Cocoa Vanilla base, Crate Paper, gold doily, Heidi Swapp Colorshine. Chipboard heart covered with Jane Davenports paper collage sheets and matte gel.
Happy Valentines Day to you all.
Kicking off the new year with a layout I did over the recent school holidays using a treasured pic from 2015. I wasn’t going to scrap this photo as it was very poor quality but I only have the one pic of this particular time and I definitely wanted to document it.
The cactus in the red pots are small pictures I have painted with my watercolours and outlined with black pen, then hand cut. I think they give the layout a nice pop of colour. I also used some watercolour on the base card under the photo.
Machine stitching with some bright floss (this is the floss used in the We Are Memory Keepers Stitch Happy machines) but I put it in my Brother machine and it works fine.
Some diets from Fancy Pants Hello Sunshine pack and some black hand doodling.
The title is scraps of patterned paper hand cut and hand drawn around the edges with black pen.
Hope you are crafting today! Its indoors for me today as it’s 36 degrees and we have the airconditioner on. It’s Sunday and thats all the excuses I need to get me to the craft table.
