I love this little deer from Crate Paper, he’s the perfect centrepiece for my Christmas cards this year. I used a stencil and some Liquitex light modeling paste for the background then when it was dry I painted it red with Kuretaki Watercolours (I love these watercolour paints) then just layered doilies and patterned papers. The holly was from Riot craft store and the gold leaf from an ephemera pack from Crate Paper. A little tag cut from some cut Cocoa Vanilla Studio paper. Not really traditional colours but I love to break the rules!
