A simple layout as my photo is large and pretty busy and I didn’t want to cut it down. The sunburst is an old patterned paper from Sassafras’s Lass. Title was cut on my Silhouette Cameo. I started this layout of Ella a few months ago when I was creating for Uniquely Creatives mini kit, it didn’t get finished and I just found it. There were about 10 unfinished layouts in a stack and I thought I had better finish them. Not that happy with it…perhaps that’s why it got put aside, but I like the pic!Layout of my friend Donna and I, also put aside and unfinished. I think I got too far to throw it out and didn’t love it so I just start a new layout. Anyway I had another crack at it, and I still don’t love it, but they can’t all be what I want! I enjoyed the creative process though. These photos have been waiting to get scrapped for ages and I like what I have here. Lilis brace is part of our lives and I wanted to remember the dates. I just love this gorgeous girl from the Felicity Jane Brie kit. Other Felicity Jane goodies from the Elizabeth kit. Some Cocoa Vanilla Studio and I made my own heart stencil with my Silhouette Cameo to add texture paste.Pinkfresh Studio-let your heart decide paper and puffy stickers I grabbed from Art and Soul Studio at Hervey Bay while we were on holidays. The arc on the right of the photo is a pocket holding some memorabilia. Some layouts I like to just keep simple as I want to document life, others are more of an arty escape that I find therapeutic to create…..like this next layout below….. I love Suse Fish layouts and did a cheeky scrap lift on one of her layouts …well a couple of her layouts rolled into one. I also just recently got a new printer which is AWESOME. Its a canon IP8760 and it prints photos so beautifully which is exactly why I bought it.
Title was cut on my Silhouette Cameo. A little bit of Felicity Jane and a few older supplies. Always good fun to go through older supplies and find some goodies!
This colour paint on the background appealed to me so much I did a few layouts with it. Used a bit of Cocoa Vanilla Studio, Crate Paper, Felicity Jane and a stencil from Uniquely Creative. The tiny doily was given to me in a little pack by my scrapping friend Donna, so sweet!I used leftover paint from one of the above layouts ..I hate wasting. And texture paste with my homemade heart stencil. An old paint chip chart was cut up and some lovely things from Felicity Jane Lola kit, which is so so pretty. The words are Cocoa Vanilla Studio and the letters for MUM are from the Elizabeth kit from Felicity Jane. And a card for my lovely sister in laws birthday using mostly the Elizabeth kit from Felicity Jane. I also used packaging from the FJ kit (white scalloped piece) waste not want not! Too pretty to throw out. Besides these layouts and cards I also created quite a few layouts for Uniquely Creative November Kit soon to be released. So I have been busy! Hope you enjoyed this months layouts, thanks for visiting my blog.
