Special Little Mini Album

I made this little album for my Mum with some recent pictures of our visit. I’ve used some Cocoa Vanilla Studio goodies and also Crate Paper.
This is the 1st page fully opened.
2nd page with a couple of pockets on the right.
A decorated tag in the side pocket.
A quote card in the front pocket.
Another small pocket with a shaker bag full of cute confetti.
The last page.
A little flip through my album.

Its Summer school holidays and I have been spending a lot of time scrapbooking….when we are not at the beach. My scrapbook stash has slowly grown and is a bit messy and I have been sorting out what to keep and what goes….eeeekkk. I found this big box of Faber Castell Gelato crayons. They are soft and sparkly and water soluble. I keep challenging myself to use things or get rid of them and these are definite KEEPERS. I love the vibrant colours.
Ive used a few printed elements from the LOLA digital kit by Felicity Jane Studio. The “fabulous” die is by Uniquely Creative and its cut with rose gold card(hard to see in photos) The puffy stickers are from Kiki K shop which I bought recently in Melbourne.
Theres a mixture of regular colours and also some sparkly ones. So pretty to play with. I hope you have a go at using these, they are a lot of fun!

Happy New Year 2020

January Uniquely Creative kit is here!
The gorgeous Lilly and Moss collection.

For this card I have made a quick You Tube Process Video which is available below.
Ive used the Lily Bouquet Die on this card. Look at those sweet miniature vintage frames!
Birthday wishes card using the lovely paper vintage frames that come in the January kit. Here I have just used some watercolour on it for a pretty background.
I’ve used the Square Frames Die on this one to create those great thin frames in different sizes.
Notice the Music Mark Making stamp in the background. Such a versatile stamp to have.
I hope I have inspired you to create some beautiful cards for the start of 2020 to have in your stash for when you need one.

Christmas cards 2019

I have this cute circle die from Uniquely Creative that I used for these cards. It made them so simple to throw together. I made these in a couple hours.
I haven’t bought Christmas themed scrapbooking goods for a long time. Last week I saw a sheet of chipboard stickers from Crate Paper that was too cute. Even though we have Summer here in Australia at Christmas time, I still loved them. Everything else on these cards is very old stash stuff and I really wanted to use it up as I’m cleaning out my stash!
The little sprigs of pine are compliments from my friend Trina, they are by Crate Paper. The ribbon on this card is from a great shop called Provincial, its a homewares shop but they have awesome ribbon.

Uniquely Creative Kit Club Grand Bazzar

This richly coloured and textured kit is awesome for masculine photos. This one I have used the Ornate Doors Die, a little fussy cutting and some glitter with the stencil that comes with the kit.
This is just gold Glitzin’ Glamour I have used with a stencil, it gives a lovely rough texture and is so sparkly.
Lots of tearing for this layout but the papers were all so beautiful, I wanted them all on one layout.
An easy card using that stencil again with blue ink rubbed through it, some denim made a cute addition in this kit.
Another card using the Persian Lattice Die here with some thin cork that is in the kit. Great texture!
Simple layout- but those wooden square elements were so lovely inked with blue, I decided they were the star of the show and kept things minimal. Again using the stencil and some blue ink in the background.
Lots of fussy cutting, along with the collectables. I have also used the Persian Lattice Die, with cork and with paper.
I hope you enjoyed seeing my cards and layouts using this versatile kit.
Thanks for visiting my Blog!

Uniquely Creative November Kit is here…

Heres my layouts using the November kit.… I love using small clusters and this was so much fun to create.
The Wings die included in this months kit is so sweet. I have also used the rose script die and the keys die on this one. I cut the ornate part of the key off to use as the butterflies middle.
I loved the laser cut in this kit of the large butterfly wing, but needed it to be red to go with this cute pic. I just used some red ink to colour the wing and the word.
Another layout using clusters of embellishments, so fun to make these.
The tissue paper was so pretty I painted my card stock with glue and spread the tissue over it. Trimmed the edges and added the photo with some of the collectables, stickers from the sticker sheet and a cut title. Also I have used parts of the Rose script die.
I made a pocket under the layers of the photo to pop the concert tickets in. I love keeping these little treasures and in years to come my daughters will enjoy looking back and remembering fun times.
